MADISON, Ala. (Dec. 3, 2024) – Stoney River, the upscale steakhouse renowned for its hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood and signature house specialties, is opening its first-ever Alabama location in Madison County at 563 John Henry Way in early 2025.

In preparation for this highly anticipated grand opening, Stoney River is actively hiring for all hourly positions, including front-of-house and back-of-house roles. The restaurant plans to bring on 65-70 team members to deliver the exceptional dining experience Stoney River is known for. It offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, perfect for those seeking a career in hospitality or looking for flexible, part-time work.

Stoney River will operate seven days a week, showcasing its dry aged steaks, hand crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list. The new Madison location will offer a polished yet comfortable atmosphere and a private dining room, ideal for a variety of dining occasions – from casual meals to special celebrations. The restaurant will also feature weekend brunch that includes classics such as shrimp and grits and lobster avocado toast.

PHILADELPHIA (Dec. 3, 2024) — Amada, the celebrated Spanish tapas concept from award-winning chef Jose Garces, invites guests to ring in the season with a lineup of unique dining experiences that are sure to make this year’s holiday celebrations unforgettable. From delicious group feasts to joyful family events, Amada offers something special for every occasion between now and New Year’s Day. 

This December, Amada invites guests to experience a special Suckling Pig dining experience, ideal for group gatherings and joyous celebrations. Guests can enjoy a full or half roasted pig, served alongside herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, Brussels Catalan, and rosemary white beans. The half pig (serving 4-6) is priced at $300, while the full pig (serving 8-10) is available for $575. With a 72-hour advance notice required, this premium meal offers a memorable way to gather with friends and family over the holidays.

On Christmas Eve, Amada’s two locations will offer a Spanish version of the tradition known as the Feast of the Seven Fishes, a festive holiday meal featuring an array of seafood dishes. Guests can enjoy a four-course feast, including*:

  • First Course: Ensalada de Atún, Ci GG Aros de Bacalao, Patatas Bravas or Boquerones, Pulpo
  • Second Course: Piquillos, Salmón, Brussels Catalana or Bacalao
  • Third Course: Paella de Mariscos
  • Fourth Course: Arroz con Leche

For families, Amada Radnor is hosting Brunch with Santa on Dec. 8 and 15. Children can meet Santa, capture magical moments with photos and enjoy a kid-friendly buffet for just $2, while parents can order à la carte from Amada’s full brunch menu.
